Earlier this fall, Toyota unveiled a Tacoma “Go Anywhere Lifestyle Rig” as part of the first installment of its 2020 SEMA Show builds. Packed with overland potential, it featured everything from aluminum skid-plates to a Magnuson roots-type TVS1900 supercharger. Needless to say, it was ready to kick ass and take names, wherever the road (or lack thereof) happened to take you.
Just in time for the year’s end, Toyota is back again with another SEMA special based around the Tacoma pickup: the TRD Sport Trailer. And while the concept in itself is nothing new, it comes loaded with off-road-ready items. Headlining the build is undoubtedly the scissor-lift platform and Yakima four-person tent. Capable of raising several feet out of the bed, it also includes some expandable awnings and a host of fly fishing-pole holders.
And when it comes to the creature comforts, the trailer has living provisions in spades. For instance, it includes a pair of storage tanks for fresh- and greywater, as well as a custom-built toilet and a curtained shower. Add to that a refrigerator, a hot water heater, and a slide-out sink and stove, and you have a trailer ideal for getting out there and off the beaten path.

Hi....welcome to the Forum
Hybrid reliability is fine and can be covered by extended warranty if hybrid service carried out by a Toyota garage

Hi KOY
The Previa is a great all round vehicle.
Getting harder to obtain spares especially body panels but reliability is still there.
Done quite a lot of work on these in the past and although some things were slightly inaccessible most tasks were relatively easy to tackle.Hope you find a nice example in your search

I have managed to extract the photos to post on here for you.
Great looking truck you have!

You could take the old plug to a motor factors / store and see if there is anything (even engine oil sump plug) to match the thread size.
I'm sure something will fit it from another vehicle manufacturer possibly -
Hi Carl....welcome to the Forum
Does the engine have a crankshaft sensor?
If so, is this generating a signal? It would need a signal from somewhere (could be distributor sensor) which signifies that the engine is rotating to energise the relay
-
Has it generated a warning lamp on the dash?
In which case it should have stored a code which could lead you to a more definite route to the problem

Hi....welcome to the Forum
Sorry to hear about your mishap.
I believe Toyota (Japan) have restarted production of panels for older models....I'm sure I read an article on it last year but you may need to google it to confirm this is the case.Good luck with it and hope you get it back to how it should be

Hi Nathan....welcome to the Forum
Hope you manage the 1Million miles and there is no reason to imagine that you couldn't 🙂
Aftermarket parts are generally acceptable alternative to genuine OE parts but just don't go for the cheapest and stick to reputable brands and you can't go wrong.
Good to have you onboard

Unless the vehicle isn't being used for a considerable amount of time then the battery should remain in a charged state.
If there is a current drain on the battery then I would be tempted to remove the negative terminal and see if the battery naturally discharges over time or whether there is something pulling it down and then you're into another completely different issueLet us know what you find out
I legitimately can't figure out which stainless screws to buy for my license plate.

You could use double sided sticky tape which works well as long as surfaces are cleaned thoroughly beforehand
