2023 Venza Multimedia Screen says YOUR SESSION HAS EXPIRED

The screen says: To Keep your account secure, we closed the PIN entry sign in due to inactivity. Please try signing in again. I have signed back in numerous times but does not remedy problem.  Last week a system update was downloaded and now the system goes to guest mode and after signing back in to my profile the system keeps requiring my PIN entry but does maintain my profile. Any suggestions

I'm now getting the same message and have to enter my pin.  I had to have the dealer do a software update and also reset the vehicle (for a totally different issue) several weeks ago, and this message just started.  Several times recently when I start the vehicle the multimedia screen starts up, then goes black and starts up again.  Not every time.

If you get some resolution from your dealership, please share their response.  It might be helpful for my issue..
