  1. Thanks for your suggestion. Will discuss with service department.
  2. The screen says: To Keep your account secure, we closed the PIN entry sign in due to inactivity. Please try signing in again. I have signed back in numerous times but does not remedy problem. Last week a system update was downloaded and now the system goes to guest mode and after signing back in to my profile the system keeps requiring my PIN entry but does maintain my profile. Any suggestions
