i watched a program the other day about some guy who can double the mpg of any car.
It seems this guy recommend building up speed and then coasting... and keep repeating this action. it looked a pile of crap and dangerous, but it did work according to this avg tank mpg reading he doubled the mpg.
Some of the tricks were dangerous though and was quite irrisponsible like also turning his engine off when costing which is sheer stupidness.
Any car that cruises at 55-60 is going to get the most optimum MPG performance.

perhaps someone photoshopping a picture may give you an idea if it will look nice or not with the black mesh.. no doubt it will anyway.

the sound is very high pitched. it would squeal all the time you have your foot on the brake, if you hear a grinding noise then it's gone past the warning point, which may involve you having to buy new disks, so best get them checked.
Pads shouldnt be too expensive to replace, you'll be suprised how easy it is for a mechanic to fit. Should take max an hour to fit or less.

HI! I am new to the forum and am now driving a Toyota Altezza (model yr 2000).
I need some replacement parts, like spark plugs, head lights, latch to pop my trunk, antennas. Everybody tells me that this is such an expensive car, but I assume that there are places where I can order parts that are substitute parts, but not original Toyota.
Who can help me out?
All those parts are available from both Toyota and Lexus dealer.
Spark plus will be available at any motor store, headlights can be bought from ebay, plus antenna. Latch will need to be from a Toyota or Lexus Dealer
