So I had to snake an entire new antenna assembly through the thing. I didn't have any clearance problems....even though the area was quite small. Has the car been in a collision? It's perfect... absolutely the best used car i've ever owned. The problem i speak of is the heater vent is RIGHT behind the stereo area.... leaves very little room.
