He have offer for 1999 Volvo S40 1,8 115 hp and offer for 1999 VW Golf IV GTI 1.8T 150 hp. What car is better and qualitative ? Which car would be your choice??? I'd have to say the Volvo might be a slightly better choice for power train longevity. However, neither choice is particularly great quality-wise, so a lot of that will depend on how well the vehicles have been maintained in the last 10 years, if they've ever been in a major wreck, and how many miles are currently on them.
