Roof Rack/Cargo Systems

Hi there Folks,

I am a new '09 Camry Hybrid owner. I love the vehicle so far with a couple of exceptions (Nav software and override of the screen while moving) and have averaged 37 MPG on my first thank of gas.

Does anyone know of a roof rack system that will work on the Camry. My son plays travel ice hockey and the thought of carrying his stinky gear in the the back seat or trunk for eight hours of weekend travel is keeping me up at night. I checked out Yakima's website and they had no compatible products for a roof rack and cargo carrier.

Looking for suggestions.

I know this is an old post.

We have a 2000 Camry sedan and use a cargo carrier called Aeropack. The bag mounts on top of the Camry trunk and it holds a lot of soft gear. And no racks or rails were needed.

So we did not have to buy a bigger car.
