The dealer says it’s a defective radio which affects the whole screen being black, so no radio, no navigation, etc. any one experiencing the same issue? jbl Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 we purchased our 2023 Highlander Limited on 1/29/23. On 4/14/23, with only 3800 miles, the radio, navigation and phone were all lost at the same time. The day before, everything worked fine. The next day, I started the car and got nothing. We took it to one dealership-they could not fix it. We called the national help line and worked with a rep for over one hour and they could not get it to work either. trying to decide what to do next.
