we purchased our 2023 Highlander Limited on 1/29/23. On 4/14/23, with only 3800 miles, the radio, navigation and phone were all lost at the same time. The day before, everything worked fine. The next day, I started the car and got nothing. We took it to one dealership-they could not fix it. We called the national help line and worked with a rep for over one hour and they could not get it to work either. trying to decide what to do next.
