  1. Hi Barbara, Sorry for the slow response. I would immediately request a meeting with the Toyota Dealership's General Manager. Make sure that you have the Invoice for the brake service that they performed. The problem may be as simple as clearing the Warning Light message using the Toyota scan tool, or it may be a faulty sensor. After spending over $900 for a brake job (although they may have replaced front and/or rear rotors). Anyway, this is horrible way to treat a Toyota customer. The next step would be to elevate to the U.S. Toyota level.
