2015 Highlander turning over

110k miles. Well taken care of. Newish battery and air filter.  2 days ago, started having trouble turning on with key. It does, but it’s slow starting up. Autozone guy had me clean battery attachments. But still same. He didn’t think spark plugs was the issue. Any thoughts ?

I would also check any earth leads - from the battery to the chassis (under the hood) and then down to the engine and transmission.

If any of the leads or connections look bad then replace or clean up
You can also put a jumper lead across from the battery Negative (-) terminal to the engine directly and see if this improved the engine cranking
