NapoABC Posted November 2, 2023 Share Posted November 2, 2023 My 2017 Highlander Hybrid developed a vibration noise inside the dashboard this past year (2023). From the passenger seat the sound comes only from the passenger air vent nearest the door. The passenger hears it coming from the driver's side air vent, again the vent nearest the door. It's not a rattle, it's a vibrating noise that happens regardless of fan, AC, heat, etc. Pressing on different areas of the dash has no effect on the noise. Sometimes, rarely, it doesn't happen at all. Often it changes intensity, getting louder and softer. It's driving me batty. Any suggestions?
