Pre-covid I had purchased, I believe what was four oil changes. When Covid hit we were not going anywhere and my car was driven very little. I am retired and the farthest I drive is to the grocery store or Costco, generally under 5 miles. When I accompied my sister to the local Toyota dealer (where I purchased the oil changes) I questioned the counter person regarding my oil changes and was told that they had expired. Needless to say I was flabbergasted, that I had paid for this and now they are telling me I can't use them. Being retired money doesn't come easy and I am out these oil changes doesn't sit well but am unsure if there is anything I can do. Has this happened to anyone else?
