I wonder if the installation of Scout GPS Link app can be installed to the car through USB or Wi-Fi, instead of bluetooth. I can connect bluetooth with everything but Scout. If yes, any reference I can go to? Thanks

I have 3 apps, namely Toyota App, Scout GPS Link, and Alexa, running on my phone, and I do connect the phone to the car. Scout on my phone tells me to look for Scout under App on car's screen to connect, but it's NOT listed there! Alexa is the only one listed under App. What am I missing? Thanks in adavnce.
