Retained power for windows

On all the sales documentation for my 2007 Matrix (not an XR model) it states that the car has retained power for the windows after the car is shut off. If you do not remove the key or open the door, the window power is still active for a short while. The desciption of the PO Power package in all of the Toyota literature (except owners manual) confirms this, but Toyota has stated that if it does not work, then we are sorry as we reserve the right to change specifications at any time. My dealer keeps ignoring my requests for confirmation. Does any one have a similiar model and can confirm this retained power feature? Thanks!

No, the retained power feature does not work on the car. I met a fellow Matrix owner and his 2006 Matrix XR did not work either.
