  2. that's your Daytime running lights and/or your Auto lights (turn on automaticly in the dark) and the alarm is thing is normal (don't try to lock your doors unless you have the key in the on position www.9thgencorolla.com
  3. turn the key to the ON position press and hold the TRIP/RESET button, turn the key off and then back on and watch the display countdown

  5. you can use Toulene as an octane booster, it has no negative side effects and is allready an additive in pump gas, other than that STP Octane booster is good stuff
  6. just avoid boosters using MMT, or you'll learn an expensive lesson in plug fouling
  7. is it possible for you to find out what code is being set? the most common problem on 2ZZ vehicles is the 'Blue and White' check valve is routed in the wrong direction
  8. it's possible the rear O2 is also bad, but it wouldn't cause this code, if the rear O2 is bad it's because the Catylyst has no longer doing it's job effectively
  9. Also if you running low octane fuel or the ECU determins there to be an excessive amount of detonation the Rev-limiter will be engaged
