So why aren't more folks concerned and asking/pushing for upgrades? We bought Prius v in 2013 and intend to keep it for years to come. Already the Nav system no longer "plays nice" with our phones. So my solution, which I guess lots of people must be doing is to use a phone holding device attached to A/C vent. Now we're losing all 3G services. Guest Support Tech just told me a group is pushing got 5G upgrade. I'd like to know more.
