jch897
Hi all, Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just installed keyless entry/alarm and have the whole thing working fine. I just want to mount the siren under the hood and only need to feed one wire from the brain to where the siren will be. Does anyone know of any places to sneak some relatively thin (not sure what gauge) wire through so I don't have to drill and seal? Thanks in advance. Leighcm
I know that on the 1997-2001 Camry, there's a spot on the driver's side that you can feed wires though...not sure about the 1996, but it's worth checking out..
jch897
Thanks. I did some extensive googling and found that if you remove the driver's side mud cover in the wheel well, there's a large sealed grommit that goes into the dash near the fuses. I hope I resealed it right!
