Eidolon
My check engine light just came on last night after a quick, sudden braking. It sounds fine and is running just fine. After paying $70 bucks just to check why the light came on, I was told it is a P0773, Shift Solenoid E (Electrical Problem) which they couldn't do. What is this error? What is wrong? Where can I get this fixed? And how much will this cost me? Thanks so much everyone!
Leighcm
Where did you get the check engine light code pulled? If it's at a dealer, most dealerships will apply the money you already paid to check the code towards the cost of repair.

So money lost. :( Oh well. They couldn't fix the problem though because they said it was electrical and they don't do electrical. Maybe next time I will take it to a dealership instead.
