jae Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 i have a 89 toyota camry 5 speed i have the 16valve 4cyl. 3sfe motor i was wanting to know if there are any mod out there that i can do or if i can put i a 3sgte motor in the car with few additional mods. right now i have a custom built rammed air intake open and up the air flow regulator to allow more air flow i have the left drive light removed and a custome air vent made to fit where the light was and it runs under the fuse box that is next to the battery. that way there is no air flow problems i have noticed a small boost in power. i know that the 3sfe is not the best motor to race with but i am just looking to be a little different with the mods i have made i went for 15mph (1st gear) 30mph (2 gear) to about 22mph (1st gear) 40mph (2nd gear). i have noticed that i am bogging down at about 90mph though is there a way that i can change that or is that a part of the governing system Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
