95 Prizm Help please?

Hey everyone, Im new here. Not even sure i should be on this site since I own a Prizm, if not please inform me where I could go to get help. But if I am here is my situation:

Bought a 1995 Prizm LSi with a JDM Sprinter front end conversion. Well the Headlights that are in there take H4 bulbs. So i ordered some HID lights H4 that were supposed to be plug and play. Well I installed them and get nothing. I know theres no way im doing something wrong because it couldnt be any easier than that. Put the regular light back in and they work fine so I know its not fuses or anything like that.

Situation # 2:

Car started running hot in stop and go traffic on the way home from Atlanta where I purchased the car. As long as I was driving the car stayed well below warm. So I replaced the radiator cap, water pump, Thermostat, Timing belt just to be on the safe side and the car has 125,000 miles on it. Well I noticed earlier today after the water pump installation (which is a PITA by the way) my condensor fan was not running and it was not hooked up. Wired it up still didnt work. Checked fuses but not the relays yet because im not to sure how to check relays. Weird thing is , I went and bought a universal fan to see if that would fix it , still nothing, but the weird part is I hooked up the newly bought fan just to the battery to check if it worked, nothing happened. Hooked the fan up to a battery in my mothers Corolla and it cam right on.

Im so stumped on this , both the HIDs and the fan. Any help would be greatly appreicated , been trying to get this going for 3 days now and im about ready to give up!

Thanks, Notoriousjo
