LuvmySolara Posted September 22, 2011 Share Posted September 22, 2011 I just noticed a few drops of power steering fluid on my garage floor and looked under the car and see the clear fluid leaking from the boot. Took it in and they say I need a new rack and pinion....Ouch! I would like to save up for this costly repair and wonder how many miles I can put it off??? Only a few drops overnight, no noise, no problem with steering... Last couple of days haven't noticed a real change to the power steering fluid level. Thanks!
