Venza MPG, and Repeated Service Issues at Toyota of Orange

Mileage has been very upsetting--averaging 19 mpg for mostly highway driving. Also got a major attitude from the service representative at Toyota of Orange (in Orange, CA) when I brought it up: "well sir, there's not a magic button we can push to make it better." I spoke to the service manager at that point. I also contacted Toyota with the mileage concern, but received no response. Today, I spoke to the service manager because my car was second in line, and I got a major attitude about that as well. I tried to speak to the service manager about it, but the guy who bypassed me kept interrupting me (he said that it was dropped off earlier, and that he pulled it behind me to get the information); the service manager said "well, I guess that's that." These are the only two times that I have been to the dealership since buying the car about six months ago. Evidently they have no interest in treating their customers with any kind of respect, nor in resolving issues brought to their attention. When people ask me about the Venza, I tell them that the mileage estimate is a flat out lie, that Toyota and its dealership have no interest in addressing it, and to avoid buying from Toyota of Orange.
