92 camry - overdrive dash light is out - how to fix?

Howdy all...just got a 92 Camry 4 cyl automatic in nice shape...the dash indicator light for Overdrive Off is not working....the OD is working on the tranny when you use the button on the stick...just no indicator lights anywhere to tell you if OD is selected or not..

..no owners manual, have ordered a Haynes book but not here yet...i suppose it could be something simple like a fuse but am thinking not likely.

..the other dash lights seem to be working, including the "power" light for the power shift point button..

am hoping someone out there knows how to fix this...if i can't get the dash light figured out quick and cheap, am willing to wire up another light to the shifter switch....though that is a little cheesy.

..at over $100 per hour shop rate, i really don't want to take it to a dealer...and when i tried talking to service people, get nothing but the "screener", can't talk to an actual mechanic...sure makes me want to run out and buy a new Toyota.

..thanks in advance
