Oscarsr1 Posted December 1, 2009 Share Posted December 1, 2009 hi all just wanted to say hi. and ask my first question: i need help i have been dealing with a problem off and on with my 2006 carolla it appears that i have a problem with the ecu immobilizer. i have already replaced the main computer (twice) and basically been given the runaround by some not to sharp mechanics. i am looking for some guidence here as i am not a mech but not totally dumb as to not understand some tech talk about this. i have had to educate myself as far as this becacuse it has been an ongoing problem for some 11 month but i'm close to the edge and really do not know what to do. it is getting $$$$.... so if anyone can help me understand this problem and guide me in the right direction, please do so, Thanks all...
