He is a former Washington State Motorcycle Patrolman who was shot and paralyzed in 1989 during a normal traffic stop. You can read his story by typing in his name, Mark Sigfrinious. It has a toyota 4 cylinder dohc with these number on a metal tag attatched to the block. 1Y1SK5280 SZ021556 and the following number cast on the block 930 7A F758905 120.
