Don Bohler
I purchased a new 2023 Venza a year ago and I also spend several months each year out of the country. Because of the car’s complexity I realize that I cannot just hook up a trickle charger and walk away. I have a friend who will care for the car but I don’t know what to tell him to do. The dealer is no help, telling me to run the car for 20 minutes daily. This, on its face, seems to be a ridiculous requirement and I would sell the car if it were true. Does anyone have an educated opinion as to the minimum requirements to maintain full capability during the 6 months that I spend out of the country?
