It is generally a good idea to be cautious when considering purchasing a vehicle with a rebuilt title, as this can indicate that the vehicle has been damaged and repaired in the past. In some cases, a rebuilt title may be assigned to a vehicle that has been involved in a serious accident and has been repaired to a satisfactory condition for safe operation. However, a rebuilt title could also be assigned to a vehicle that has been salvaged and then restored to a drivable condition.

Given that you are considering purchasing a used 2018 Toyota Camry with a rebuilt title and 107,000 miles on it for $15,000, it would be advisable to carefully research the vehicle's history and thoroughly inspect it before making a decision. You should also have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic you trust to identify any potential issues and assess its condition.

It's essential to evaluate the overall value of the car and determine if the price being asked is reasonable based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and condition. To get an idea of what a fair price might be, it can be helpful to research the market value of similar vehicles in your location.
