marv
I have a 2006 Highlander, 4 wheel drive, with 13,000 miles on it. I bought it new, although it had 800 miles on it when I bought it. The dealer said someone in the dealership had used it, but it was sold as new with new warranty. Shortly after I bought it, I noticed a slight vibration around 17-1800 rpms. It doesn't matter what gear it is in; I can feel it in the gas pedal and the steering wheel; not a bad vibration, but annoying. I took it back to the dealer and went for a ride with a service manager, but he said he couldn't feel any vibration. I don't believe it is the tires since the vibration only occurs around 17-1800 rpms; if I speed up or drop below that rpm range, the vibration goes away. I believe it is in the engine or drivetrain. Has anyone experienced this problem?
