Seeking gray cloth passenger seat for 2002 Echo 2-door

Hi, I'm looking for a gray cloth-upholstered passenger (right side) seat, with tracks and any other needed mounting hardware, for a 2002 Echo 2-door.  It needs to operate properly including the seat back, sliders, latches, etc. 
If you have one you'd like to sell or know of a place where old ECHOs go to die and become organ donors, please let me know.
