  1. I purchased a 2011 Avalon Limited New in September of 2011. I now have 23,400 miles on the car and first set of tires. Recently, I began to notice some louder than usual tire noise and mentioned it when I went in for Oil change and Tire Rotation. I was told that the tires showed signs of "Dry Rot' ( i.e. tire cracking). The Bridgestone/Firestone "Tire Maintenance, Safety, and Warranty Manual" says that Original Equipment Tires have NO mileage warranty. [item 2 Page 30] I have TURANZA EL400 Tires. The internet shows that a number of people have experienced the exact issue with Bridgestone Tires. Namely Noise begins at 22,000 or 23,000 miles and the tires are fully worn out before 40,000. QUESTION: Has anyone else had a similar experience and what remedy if any did you find? Finally, any recommendations on Tire replacement(s) Brand and Model?
