I am having the same problem with our 2001 Highlander. We just bought the car a few months ago and just this past weekend I had the wind noise on the driver's side. It's been really windy here in Vancouver and driving on the highway, when the wind hits the car from the front driver's side corner, it makes a horrible noise. Really loud and disturbing. I will check this TSB and see if it can be fixed. Bob
