I know this was from a few years ago, but I figure this might be worth a shot. I also have a 92 Camry, and it is doing the exact same thing, right down to the exact rpms. I was wondering if you were able to figure out the cause, as I desperately need to travel across the state, but don't want to do it with my car doing this. I have seen how expensive the Idle Air Control Valve and a new EGR valve are, and before I take it to a shop, I would like to try a few things. Thanks so much!
