Anyone know what the compression values are for a 2002 Echo? I might buy one but want to do a compression test first. Never had an Echo before, so my next question is what's the best way to disengage the spark and fuel during the test and to prop open the throttle plate? (Also wondering about that cover over the top of the engine; is that just connected with 10mm bolts or is it tricky to get off? I have a lot to learn so what's the best way to get info like this in the future? Do I need to buy a service manual from the dealer or what? Thanks
