Need help/ideas. I've got an '06 Highlander. In very cold weather, and first thing in the morning, the brake pedal goes to the floor. NO stopping. It takes about 6 brake applications before braking begins to resemble normal. Brakes function OK in less cold weather. Toyota installed a "high altitude" kit. VERY aggressive pads and new rotors. This helped but destroyed several sets of rotors. Any one with an answer to this?? Thanks, Mike, Austin Texas
