  1. Had the condensate in right front headlight corrected under warranty (replacement) and also got immediate service on two "safety campaigns" (recalls) from my Toyota dealer. Then went looking for other recalls that might apply on commercial web sites where I found only ONE - from August 2003 - when the fuel tank assy and installation presented a potential problem. There was nothing about the two recalls for which my dealer serviced my car. These recalls related to (1) power steering return hoses and (2) radiator and a radiator sub-assembly. Either of these potential problems could be a REAL PAIN if either failed FOR ANY REASON. Moral of the story: Check with your Toyota dealer first, then call direct if you have any further question. The operators are standing by: 1-800-331-4331 ;)
  2. Elsewhere in Toyota Owners Club postings I read of moisture leaking into, or condensate forming in Sienna passenger side headlight. Had this happen to me at about 18K while touring central states. My dealer service rep said this was a Warranty issue (car mfg date 2-2-2004). After inspection to check for scratches, damage or evidence of non-dealer repairs, the headlight unit was removed and replaced. The faulty unit was returned to factory for further inspection/analysis. While in shop, my dealer checked w/ Toyota Technical Service and found two "recall" issues that affected my car. Performed the specified repacements. This is mighty fine service. Maybe this post will help others. :)
