Toyota fan

yes ,its frustating, at times we have no ventilation blower or A/C blower, on the display (on instrument panel) no icons show up,just about when we are ready to go to the Dealer everything works again and all the icons show up again ??? 2005 Camry XLE 29K miles and out of factory warranty on this problem,anybody had this problem ? Thanks
