I have the factory rims on the car. I feel the vibration in the steering column. What do you think ? Thanks, Walter

I experience a slight vibration in the front end. This occurs when the car reaches between 50-60 mph. I only experience it when the car is on an inclining or declining road. No problem driving on a flat road at any speed. The tires are in good condition and I have them rotated regularly. I stopped by my local tire dealer and he said a 4 tire rebalance and alignment might solve it. I am trying to avoid a costly process of elimination. Has anyone experience this problem, if so what is the solution ? You have my deepest appreciation. Walter

Thank you for your help. Once the weather breaks I will taking a closer look at the distributor. A $300.00 part (distributor) vs. $3.43 part is a very big difference. Once again, thank you very much.

8 mths ago I was told (by my mechanic) that the O-ring within distributor was causing this leak. The leak has increased, yet the care runs fine. I will check in the dist-cap for oil. If I did not find oil then , what are your suggestions related to finding the oil leak and repairing it ? I have gotten two estimates to replace the distributor(OEM part) and it is expensive.i.e. $600.00. Any suggestions related to reducing this cost ? Thanks, Walter
