Toyota newbie

I am and always have been an Automotive DYI'r, have purchased my very 1st Toyota vehicle with a check engine light on along with VSC, Traction control, Check eng light, low tire inflation, etc with codes P306 and c1201 and just began looking into it.  this VVT=i technology is new too me and will welcome any knowledge, assistance, and information I can get to help me get versed and up to snuff with this vehicle and it's technology.  I prefer to educate/teach myself as I love the challenges presented in doing so and if along the way I can be of any help too those of you out there I will certainly return the favors or assist those I can when able too.  Have a Great day!
