Hello, all! My driver's side wiper arm has malfunctioned. It doesn't sweep across the window, but the passenger arm works just fine. I can feel the motor power in the left arm, but it barely moves to start the sweep. There is also a disjoint in the arm, and the last time it did sweep, it it came all the way across the driver's side of the windshield and went past it. I assume it's just done and I need to get a new one. How much can I expect to pay in labor costs to have it replaced? I've priced out the part, but I think the labor is going to kill my budget. I live in Northern Virginia.
