Wondering if anyone has had this happen with their 2019 Highlander… my SE has been great, no issues, then at 100,500 km I started the car and tried to put it in reverse but it just reved, didn’t move. I then put it back in park and then back in reverse again and it worked. This happened again at 101,500 km and now I’m at 109,500 and so far it was only the two times. It was suggested by a family member to get a transmission fluid flush and have them cut open the filter to try to diagnose it that way. I did take it into Toyota and they checked as much as they could without creating a huge diagnostic bill, but they weren’t able to find any issues… I have 500 km left in which there is any hope of having an issue covered by warranty
