  1. I bought a 2022 Toyota Prius in March of 2023! I have had nothing but issues that Toyota refuses to repair or at least look into! I have brought my Prius to at least 5 different dealerships to have it repaired! Thank you. --Lou Castro Holman Toyota To this date, Toyota refuses to send out a "Toyota DTS " person to assess the issue and try to have their engineers repair my vehicle! My Vehicles radar sensors and lane keeper cameras intermittently do not work as they are supposed to work! (The past 2012 that I owned worked perfectly!) The USB ports are intermittently turned off by the radio head, which causes my phone that is needed to use Apple Play to not work or keep the phone charged! So my GPS turns off while on a road trip! The radio head freezes and causes issues! I have to pull over and restart my Prius in order for the GPS to work properly! When I choose Eco drive the system reverts back to what it wants! Plus many other issues that at least 5 dealerships are aware of and can not fix as a DTS person needs to have their engineers resolve or replace the radio head which Toyota refuses to do! Check out the manual on pages 150 and 151 where it states the radio will shut ports off randomly! SMH I don't trust Toyota anymore they used to be the best and now they don't care!
