My 92 Toyota pickup doesn't start some mornings. I took a look and it doesn't have a spark. I'm not sure why or what to do to fix this. The engine rolls over but doesn't start. Any know-hows?

I have a 1992 Toyota Pickup. v6 3vz engine. When I give it throttle it cuts out. The engine doesn't turn off completely every time but it just will cut out. It does it really badly in the morning and only in the morning. Even if the engine is cold it doesn't do it later in the day. It does it worse when I speed up fast or am going up hills.
