Just bought a 2023 XSE V6 end of December. After about a day or so, I noticed something was clicking or loose inside the backrest portion of the driver’s seat. Had to drop the car off at the service center for about two weeks, only 2 days after having the car. Supposedly there was a broken fan bracket inside the seat (cooling seats) which they fixed. I would’ve preferred they replace the entire seat being that it was a new car and I spent a lot of money, but the terrible dealership made me wait for the part instead. I have the car back but every now and then it still feels like the seat makes weird clicking noises and feels a little junky
Has anyone else had these issues with leather seats in the XSE? I was initially told by the sales manager that it was a characteristic of the seats, which seems to have been complete nonsense
