So, I turned my key inside the ignition cylinder of my 09 v4 Venza and I didn’t depress the key to bypass the security lock when I turned the key, something popped and it hasn’t started the engine since. It begins to start but doesn’t turn over.
I’ve changed my cylinder and the switch at the bottom. Still didn’t fix that issue with engagement. As of now, I can simply turn the key and the security engagement is still missing.
Who knows how to help!? I had plans to visit family but now I may be sitting at home. Hope someone can help! Thanks much
