I have a 2022 RAV4 - leasing it. I am looking for crossbars which I could use on this vehicle but also on a future vehicle. I have seen model/brand specific brands but I do not go with a RAV4 then it is sort of a waste. I am looking for cross bars or maybe a basket which perhaps someone has used in the past and which can be used in more than one vehicle. The models I have seen on amazon seem ok but I was looking for something which can be used which can be "expanded" or "extended" if the vehicle is wider or narrower? I also looked at getting a basket only but my first choice would be cross bars then a basket if I can't get anything which can be used in the future in another vehicle. If I were purchasing it then it would be different and I ma pretty sure I will not keep this car and the end of the lease.
Anyone has experience with something like this?
