I have 2015 Avalon Limited. My climate control panel no longer shows any icons expect the clock which functions properly. All other features are now missing and there is no way to use ac/heat, defrost, rear heated seats or to view outside temp
also there are two lights at the storage bin beneath the climate control panel one is at the top on the cover and the other is on the lower inside facing the inside of the car I noticed that the wires connecting the top light are attached to the same wiring harness that plugs into the climate control panel. Could it be that the harness is not receiving power? I checked all of the fuses and relays that are designated for the ac system.
please help. I’ve spent a lot of time and energy trying to diagnose it and have given up
