Highlander Fan

I have a '21 Hybrid LTD that was getting 33-35 MPG and then the weather turned cold. Living in Central Indiana, I now am getting 28 MPG. When getting my oil change at the dealership, I asked the Service person if cold weather affected mileage and they didn't know the answer. I would think when calling for heat, it is generated or drawn off the engine and therefore MPG decreases?

Tom P, My '21 Limited works only at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions. I have often wondered myself if that was a defect? The previous 2 non-Toyota vehicles I drove, the entire steering wheel was heated.
