After turn the car off, the light is on. (When turn on the car the light is flashing.)

I bought camry 98 v6 XLE. After I bought the car, every two days the car always stall at the red light and it can start. So I took it to the machanic to check three time. Finally, he fixed the problem by changing the PCM and reprogram the car. Until now the car still okay. However, I feel worry about the security light. One of my friend noticed that my car still have the security light on ( like brinking) while I was driving. He said it must be something wrong with that. Is anyone have the same problem or any idea to reccommend? thank you very much
