I have a 2016 Highlander Limited with 60K miles. all of the lights that illuminate the steering wheel controls have stopped working (except the Cruise control arm). The dealer told me that those controls are not lighted, but I know they are. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how difficult is it to remove the switch covers and replace the bulbs? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
